As part of our benefits package, we’re offering Workride, New Zealand's ride-to-work program to all permanent staff, and on a case by case for fixed term staff.

Looking at buying a new bike? Check out Workride as an option, lots of local bike shops are approved as Workride retailers, AND they even sell bikes on special through Workride as well, so look out for their bargains.

This lets you exchange part of your pre-tax pay for a bike or e-bike, saving you up to 32-63%!

How does this work?

You choose the bike you want, sign up and the bike shop sends us an agreement for approval. Once approved, we pay for the bike for you, you pick it up and ride off. Then every fortnight you get a salary reduction (pre tax, so this is where the savings come in), and at the end of 12 months of the contract your salary returns to what it was, and you will then own the bike. This is a cost neutral program for employers, designed to help staff get out onto bikes.
