Enrolment Conditions Bridge Street Kindergarten
Enrolment: Enrolments will be a minimum of 6 hours per day and at least 2 days per week unless by prior arrangement with the Head Teacher.
Fees: Fees are payable by direct debit/automatic payment/internet banking. Payment of fees are strictly weekly unless by prior arrangement with the Head Teacher. Invoices/statements are emailed but can be printed upon request.
Absences: All absences are charged at the full rate. Please contact the kindergarten if your child is going to be absent
Cancellation of Enrolment: Two weeks notice is required to cancel your child’s enrolment.
Late Fee: A late fee of $5 for every 10 mins (or part thereof) will be charged for any child left at kindergarten after their booked time. This fee covers the cost of overtime for Teachers who must remain to care for any remaining child/ren or to maintain ratios.
School Holidays: During school holidays bookings are as normal and any absences are charged for. The kindergarten will be closed for 2 weeks over Christmas.
Holiday Discount: Families may take 3 weeks holiday throughout the year at a 50% discounted fee rate. To qualify, 2 weeks notice is required of the absence and the absence must be of at least one week duration and up to a maximum of two weeks.
